The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, just a short taxi ride away for a cheap price of around €3. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. the staff is helpful and provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond to assist guests. the breakfast offers a variety of options, including bread, eggs, cereal, wurstel, ham. the hotel provides free and reliable WiFi in the lobby.
One negative aspect is that the hotel's WiFi may not work well in all the rooms.

Friendly staff.
The room has seen it's better days, the bathroom was rather shabby, breakfast was very basic. The location is quite away from the center if you want to walk but on the other hand it gives you a chance to view a very lively local neighborhood of Grbavica. As we sere leaving I could see some rather nice looking rooms through the doors, so it might be that some of the rooms are redecorated and we had a misfortune of an old one..

Very basic, connected with a nice and interesting restaurant. Staff was friendly and the hotel+restaurant- concept differed quite much from "standard 2-3 star hotels". Mostly in a positive way. This was an experience. Nice terrace and garden. The room (apartment) was very basic.
A bit long way to Sarajevo center (appx 2,5 km), but easy to go with a taxi (2-3 €).

Due to mixture of numerous decor styles, this hotel is a fun place to be in. The rustic tavern where breakfast is served has great atmosphere. Although hotel is not within walking distance of city centre, the taxi drive is really cheap.
Fruits are not offered at breakfast, but than, we were not prevented to collect grapes from the outdoor terrace.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the city and a tasty continental breakfast with cereals, eggs, and sausages. It was also located close to the downtown core and historical sights, making it easy to walk around. the staff was friendly and helpful with arranging transportation.
The hotel was quite dated and in need of renovations, particularly the bathrooms which were leaky and not well cleaned. The free wifi was spotty and only worked well in certain parts of the hotel.

The staff were mostly friendly, very helpful and honest
Many services were advertised, such as wireless internet connection in the rooms which did not exist. Nor was there a gym or pick up/drop off service as had been advertised. The night I arrived there was no one at reception and no buzzer system to alert anyone of my arrival so I waited 25 minutes wandering around the hotel looking for a staff member. The furniture in the room was broken and the electricity went out twice. The breakfast was also terribly unhealthy. I only continued to stay there because it was cheap and the staff were friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were superb, very friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms that even had sofas. The location was decent, not that far from the center, and I found it easy to explore the city by taxi, which was cheap. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the restaurant had very good food. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location were all superb.
